A double layer roll forming machine combines two complete roll forming stations on one frame, so a metal panel factory can produce two different roof or wall panel profiles with one machine, one PLC control system, and one hydraulic station instead of buying two separate machines.

Which panel profiles can a double layer machine produce?
Zhongyuan builds double layer machines in three standard combinations: metal roofing & wall panels, floor decking (steel floor slab) profiles, and glazed tiles combined with corrugated sheets. Custom profile combinations can be designed from the customer's drawings.

Double layer machine vs. two single-layer machines — which should I buy?
Choose a double layer machine if you need two profiles but limited production volume per profile: it costs less, occupies less workshop space, and ships in one container. Choose two single-layer machines if you need to produce both profiles at the same time at high volume.
