Fence Roll Forming Machine

 Electric drive decoiler

1) Motor-power decoiler; max. Capacity: 1500kg

 Punching device

1) Adopt a welded steel frame, which has great rigidity.
2) Punching die material: Cr12 MOV.
3) One set of punching devices, used to punch one gap for the profile to warranty shape of not get damaged after cutting.
4) The power of punching is provided by a hydraulic station.

 Roll-Forming M/C

1) The main frame of the machine is welded separately, and the outside wall is connected by screw after being rotoblasted on the surface.
2) Roller Material is high-grade No.45 forged steel, with digital-controlled processing.
3) Shafts of rollers are tooled by a grinding machine twice to ensure the precision of the final product.
4) The rollers are plated with hard chrome with a thickness of 0.05mm on the surface after being machined by the exact machine tool. So that ensures the long life of forming rollers.
5) Shaft diameter is 55mm.
6) Quantity of forming rollers: About 14/15/19 stations
7) Chain and gear move the line, motor drives. All working actions are controlled by the PLC electric cabinet automatically.
8) Suitable power voltage:380V/50Hz, 3 phase (can be designed according to buyer’s requirement)
9) Line working speed (Forming speed): about 25-30 m/min (without press and cut time)
10) Main machine motor power: about 4kw

 Automatic Cutting/Hydraulic Cutting

1) Adopts post cutting, Stop to cut.
2) The cutting blade material is Cr12MOV. with quenched treatment.
3) Cutting frame has been heat treatment to avoid final product deformation. cutting length tolerance ±2mm.
5) The power of cutting is provided by motor..
6) The final product can be cut as per set length in PLC controller, and the length is automatically measured by encoder. When final product reaches the set length, machine will stop to cut the product automatically. Finish this action, machine will run again continuously.

 PLC Control System

1) This system uses a Mitsubishi PLC to control all working actions. Production quantity and each piece length will be automatically measured. It is convenient to control the roll forming machine.
2) Mitsubishi converter adjusts speed technology, realizes automatic production.

3) Touch screen is input and canceled the working data.
4) A friendly man-machine interface system can set batches to the workpiece, length, quantity, etc.
