Double head mechanical decoiler

Consists of one uncoiler with capacity of 3000kg and its base. The steel sheet is
manually fed to the leveling equipment first, then feeding to the forming system automatically.

Leveling Equipment

1) function.
Release the stub bar of coils, guiding it to leveling device, flatten the coil sheet .
When feeding the coil , the bucket press the stub bar of coils, guiding the coil into leveling device.
The leveling device with feeding rollers and leveling rollers. Feeding rollers can be adjustable to go up and down, which is easy to adjust the distance between leveling rollers and its angle of inclination.

③Material thickness : 2.0-3.0 mm
④ Leveling Precision : ±1.5mm

Punching device

1) There is one punching device to make the holes as drawing for connection.
2) Including in all moulds.
3) The vertical position is to be adjusted by inputting parameters into the PLC.
4) Punching die material: Cr12 Mov Mould steel
5) Servo punching system .
6) Punching continuously to guarantee high production speed.

Roll forming system

1)Roll forming system consist of machine frame, transmission parts and roll forming rollers,
2)Roller Material is CR12 mov mould, HRC58-60, with digital-controlled procession.
3)Shafts of rollers are tooled by grinding machine for two times to ensure the precision of final product.
4)Shaft diameter is 82mm.
5)Quantity of forming rollers: About 21 stations
6)Transmission system: Gear box transmission system, motor drives.
All working actions are controlled by PLC electric cabinet automatically.
7) Suitable power voltage:380V/50HZ/3Phase (can be designed according to buyer’s requirement)
8) Line working speed (Forming speed)：about 18m/min (without cutting and punching time)

Post-forming cutting Equipment

1) The length and blocks can be set by the buyer through the control panel, when reach the set length, the machine will cut the panel automatically. The cutting is finished under the power of hydraulic station which guarantees the precision of cutting.
2) The style of post-forming cutting can ensure the good formed shape.
3) Cutter blade material: Cr12 mov mould steel with quenched treatment
