The fully automated production system integrates coil feeding, multi-station roll forming, and high-precision hydraulic cutting into a continuous production line, ensuring consistent dimensions, stable efficiency, and suitability for long-term, high-load operation.
To meet different project requirements and standards, Zhongyuan offers customized configuration options, including the number of forming stations, shaft diameters, and guardrail profile design. By changing roller dies and adjusting machine parameters, the same production platform can flexibly accommodate different panel widths and technical specifications, enabling efficient and stable mass production.
