The P-beam roll forming line processes galvanized steel sheet from 2.0 to 3.0 mm thick with a high yield strength of 550 MPa, fed from a 5-ton decoiler with 508 mm coil inner diameter — thick, high-strength material that demands heavy-duty forming equipment.

What components does the beam roll forming line include?
The beam line includes: a manual or electric 5-ton decoiler, a roll forming system with about 30 stands driven by four 5.5 kW motors, a hydraulic stop-and-cut unit with Cr12MoV tool-steel blades, a 4 kW hydraulic power unit, a PLC control system (Delta from Taiwan or Mitsubishi from Japan), and two non-powered run-out tables totaling 3 meters.
