Components description of Z Purlin roll forming machine

1.High Accuracy Shaft

Solid shafts dia.90mm.

Solid steel shafts are being tooling twice with grinding machine to ensure final precision. Guarantee buyer get high accuracy sheet from Zhongyuan made machine.

2.Rollers

CR12 Mov. mould, HRC58-60, with digital-controlled procession. processed by CNC machine

CNC machine can improve rollers precision.

3.Design bearings inside forming rollers

Design bearings inside the rollers to allow machine run with less loading so that rollers not easy to damage.

Ensure the same speed between all the rollers, no speed difference between rollers, improve the forming accuracy.

Bearings are helping to prolong machine life. Our made forming machines are allowed using more 15 years.

4.Machine frame is processed on surface by 10m planning machine

Machine frame made from H450 type steel by welding,planned on surface to guarantee precision.

All the screw bolts with grade 8.8(Some other factories use low grade4.8) to ensure fix the machine structure tightly and long life during the machine long time running. Side wall thickness: 45mm

Motor Driving, Worm gear driving transmission, about 15-steps stations to form
Main Motor=3*7.5KW+1*5.5KW, Frequency speed control

Forming speed :about 18m/min (without cutting and punching time)

All processed rollers are assembled on the carpet to avoid scratching on the rollers’ surface.

5.Pre-Cutting device

1) The length and blocks can be set by the buyer through the control panel, when reach the set length, the machine will cut the panel automatically. The cutting is finished under the power of hydraulic station which guarantees the precision of cutting.

2) The style:pre-cutting, hydraulic driven.

3) Cutter blade material: Cr12Mov. mould steel with quenched treatment

6.PLC Control System

1) This system uses Mitsubishi PLC to control the all working actions. Production quantity and each piece length will be automatically measured. It is convenient to control the roll forming machine.

2) Mitsubishi converter adjusts speed technology, realize the automatic production.

3)  Touch screen is input and canceled the working data.

4)  Friendly man-machine interface system can be set batches to the workpiece, length, quantity, etc.

5)  Encoder count, having function of count and measuring length.

6)  Suitable power voltage:380V/50HZ/3Phase (can be designed according to buyer’s requirement)
