Assembling Quality Control： Self-inspected by the staffs during assembling; Re-inspected by the team leader; And finally inspected by sales person and engineers. --We keep Real-time communication between all departments.

Raw Material Quality Control: Steels bought from famous steel factory with inspection certificate.Other spare parts use famous brands. Use equipment to test whethter all the material can reach required hardness. Initial inspection by Warehouse staff, RE-inspection by CEO. Unqualified raw material will be returned.

Shafts of rollers are tooled by grinding machine for two times to ensure the precision of final product.

Inspection before shipment Double check all machine components and spare parts by Sales Department before shipment. --Any damage, replaced it in time.

Unqualified Components Unqualified components will be re-processing again to reach the required standard,if can't,then treat as srcap and replace into a new one. ---All the components Zhongyuan using are with good quality and good accuracy.

Timely Delivery Machines should be finished within the time signed in contract. Shipment will be arranged in shorest time after clients satisfy with the quality. The plastic film will be covered for whole machine for against dust during the period of waiting delivery in stocking area.

Machine Made Sheet Quality Control Inspected by engineer and sales with the standard of size on the signed profile drawing. Final-inspection by clients on site or by video or pictures. --Customer's recognition for machines and sheets are the basic principles.
